On the night there will be performances from 2Amplified, Kyra Rox, Kyra Simone, Dray Delta, David Mensah plus a few special surprise acts and of course, the man himself Fdot1.

Fdot1 will be performing tracks from the “Money MusicK” album which features the talents of 2Amplified, Stat-Us, Dray Delta, Malarchi and Kyra Simone.

This is what Fdot1 had to say about why he made “Money MusicK”

“..this album came about out of frustration with the current state of the industry. Being in the studio and being given so many demos that all sounded the same, no depth, whether it be a singer or a rapper, in my opinion, it was the same song just by a different person. The lyrical content either glorified violence, cash, cars and jewellery or sang about broken hearts like there is nothing else to talk about. I just stopped listening to music. Instead of complaining about it I decided to challenge myself creatively to show there are still artists out there who are creative and not just a machine marching to a major label’s drum. Money MusicK is an album full of good music and good vibes proving that you can make money without selling your soul..”

See, it’s not all hip hop, that’s not all Fdot1 is about, the album has something for everyone from R&B to Soul to Grime but the foundation is always his roots in Hip Hop.

***The Venue***
For those of you not familiar with the Queen of Hoxton, this is an amazing venue with roof top BBQ, lounge area and a cocktail selection that would have Tom Cruise heading for the job centre. The Queen of Hoxton have just installed a brand new Funktion One sound system to rattle your rib cage and trust me, with Fdot1′s bass heavy hip hop sound it will not be a night for the feint-hearted. Apply an extra layer of PoliGrip to your false teeth is alls we are gonna say.. lol!

*** What you waitin’ for? ***
So, skip out of work early on Wednesday and join us for some BBQ and forget about work on Thursday.. It’s gonna be a night to remember.. don’t say I didn’t warn ya!!

Tyler, the Creator (Oddfuture) – Yonkers

Tyler, 19, and his LA-based crew are causing quite a stir to say the least. I don’t respect that they got famous from dissing 2dopeboyz but i do like how they are original and creative.. from being on the Jimmy Fallon show and getting love from Mos Def to Steve Rifkind being very public about wanting to sign them, they’re obviously on the right path.. they could be viewed as hipster, they could be viewed as having a younger following but lets be real these guys have got some pretty crazy *hit and they’ve blown up very, very fast. be sure to check out some of their other, weird videos on the Youtube..
